Cancellation Policy
While I am aware that unavoidable circumstances might come up (especially during these times) I do ask that you give me a minimum of 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
I ask that you be mindful that, as a stylist, I rely on appointments financially. When you are unable to keep your appointment, letting me know in advance gives me an opportunity to fill that opening to someone on my cancellation list.
A credit card is now required at the time of booking to hold any and all appointments scheduled. To avoid charges please honor my 48 hour cancellation/no show policy.
Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price scheduled.
“No show” appointments (being more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment) will also result in a fee equal to 50% of the service price scheduled.
Child Policy
Due to safety concerns and busy schedules I am no longer offering services for anyone under the age of 12.
I kindly ask that you make other arrangements for your small children during your appointment. While I am a mother myself, I like to give my full attention to you and your services. I love to hear about them and see them grow but this policy was made to ensure you have a relaxing experience and their safety is well taken care of.
